Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn/unused, unwashed, and undamaged with all tags still attached.

Return Steps:

1. Get in touch with Green Street Customer Care at info@greenstreetdesigns.co for return authorization.

2. Once you receive return authorization, pack your order in the original Green Street Designs packaging and send it to us via any trackable service of your choice. Please note that the shipping costs of the return are paid by the customer. (Original shipping costs are not refundable*)

3. Let us know the tracking number so we can process your return faster.

4. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your return. We will email you as soon as we receive the returned items and process your refund.
